Knox Rhodes currently ships within the United States.

 

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may vary by product, supplier, availability, holidays, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping & Delivery

Available shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates begin after an order has been processed and are not guaranteed.

Some orders may contain products fulfilled from different locations and may arrive in separate shipments. When available, tracking information will be provided by email after an item ships.

Shipping Delays

Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. Once an order has shipped, we may be unable to change its destination.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
