Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with tags attached and original packaging when applicable.

To request a return, contact returns@knoxrhodes.com before sending an item back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of its status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please contact us promptly if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Final Sale

Gift cards and items specifically marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.
